In this case, the most common is that there is an unforeseen mechanical or structural problem on the boat that endangers the safety of navigation and therefore the activity must be cancelled. Examples of an unforeseen cancellation by the company would be a breakdown in the engine, the breakage of some element necessary for the safety of navigation, illness of the skipper or even that due to technical problems in the booking engine of the web, there have been duplicate bookings on the same day and we must cancel some of them due to overbooking. In these cases, the bookings that have been confirmed must be cancelled and we have two options:

Cancellations due to weather conditions:
Unfortunately, although we try to manage bookings and weather conditions in advance, it is not always possible to predict them accurately and correctly, so if we are forced to cancel activities or excursions due to weather conditions, these rules will be followed:
First we will try to change the area of the activity, if possible, depending on the weather conditions, or we will propose other available dates for the activity to the client. If none of the above proposals can be solved, either by the company or by the client, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.

Although NAUTIC CHARTER updates the database periodically, the reservation requested by the client could be full at that moment. In this case, NAUTIC CHARTER will send an e-mail to the client informing him/her of the impossibility of the availability of the offer.
Methods of payment.
NAUTIC CHARTER requests in the reservations through its website the details of a credit card, reservation holder, to guarantee the effectiveness of the reservation.
